While as a season fall marks a waning cycle, in higher education fall marks the beginning of the academic year: complete with new horizons, beginnings, and opportunities. It is often the case that the passing of great people presages further and deeper appreciation for why these people were great and influential. Dr. Trevor Watkins has served as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Engler College of Business since 2019. Prior to this academic appointment, he obtained a PhD from the University of Washington. He teaches courses and conducts research related to employee and organizational health and well-being.
