Like JJ Cawelti, the Albuquerque native who found herself at WT for her undergrad and hopes of riding on the equestrian team more than 20 years ago, and then coming home to roost for her MBA in Marketing. Faculty Spotlight – Interview with Dr. Nick Gerlich

Dr. Nick Gerlich is in his 34th year at WT. He earned his PhD and MBA at Indiana University, and his BA at Anderson (Indiana) University. His teaching specialties are Digital Marketing and Consumer Behavior, although he also teaches the MBA Seminar in Marketing. His research interests run the gamut from social media to consumer boycotts. In his spare time, he bicycles for fitness, and travels the country with his camera gear in search of vintage roadside signage and attractions. Student Connects with Human Resources 

Earning your undergraduate degree is a big step in launching your career. Keeping going, or returning, for your MBA or other graduate degree allows you to reach farther and higher. But when you add specialized certifications on top of that all, it becomes the icing on the cake. Keaton Irons is the perfect example. Keaton earned his BBA in Management in 2018 with a Human Resource specialization, all the while working at United Supermarkets.
